Dosage:

• One dose is equal to one heaped spoonful mixed with water or juice
• When started within 24 hours of completing an antibiotic course, use four doses spread throughout the day over three days to quickly restore the body's beneficial bacteria
• For people susceptible to intestinal flora disturbances, it may be taken during a course of antibiotics. Use 1 to 2 doses a day, and upon completion of the antibiotic course, complete the above three-day course
• For use in any ongoing conditions, use a single dose per day
• For infants and children under 3 years of age, the dose measure may be halved
