We utilize the latest Firewall and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encryption as the protocol for transferring sensitive information over the web. We have our own Servers and SSL Certificate, issued by eSign (Verisign).At Pharmacy Express only a select few staff can access your personal information. We endeavour to ensure that every transaction you make with us will be 100% safe. Your credit card information is stored behind a firewall in a password-protected secure database. We do not sell, loan or rent any of your details.
Are credit card transactions safe with Pharmacy Express?
We endeavour to ensure that every transaction you make with us will be safe. Our reputation and business success depends on it. If for any reason, you are unable to use the secure server connection (maybe you do not wish to accept the cookie, or have your browser security settings unusually high), you can order using your credit card over the telephone or by fax. Your card details will not be included within your shipped order.We use the latest card processing technology and will not divulge your card details in any correspondence.
As part of our ongoing commitment to internet security and to further protect your private payment details, Pharmacy Express has moved to using a third party payments solution provider (DPS). We have endeavoured to minimise the changes to the check out to make this change as simple as possible for our valued customers. All credit card information is handled according to DPS's strict internet security protocols.
Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. If your credit card transaction is declined, you should contact your bank to discover why. Your bank does not discuss your account details with us.What other methods of payment are accepted?
