How long does shipping and delivery take?
Most orders are processed and shipped on the day they are received.
Shipping times vary from country to country we find International Orders usually take between 7-14 days, but we have had orders arrive in as little as 4 days. We recommend you wait 10-14 days and then if your order has not arrived get in touch. Shipping times By country: NZ 1-2 Days, Australia 2-4 Days, U.K 5-7 Days, USA 10-14 Days.

How much does shipping and delivery cost?
We offer a number of shipping options depending on your location. These are calculated at the shopping cart when you enter your post code.

How does the Free Shipping on orders over $120 work?
We offer free shipping on orders over $120 that weigh 2.5kg or less. If you order weighs more then this you pay the difference.

What is GST?
Goods and services tax (GST) is a tax on most goods and services in New Zealand, most imported goods, and certain imported services. GST is added to the price of taxable goods and services at a rate of 15%.

What about currency?
The website transacts in US Dollars. All other currencies are shown for compatative purposes only.  Your bank or credit card charges will be converted into the currency your bank or credit card provider uses at the currency exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed.

The website also has a currency estimator tool which compares the price in your local currency - this is for reference use only and all charges are made in USD.

What will I see on my bank statement?
When you place an order through our website, when the charge appears on your bank statement you will see TBFL.

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is debited only when your order is filled. If part of your order is placed on back order, you are charged only for the items we ship. The items on back order will be shipped when available and your card debited for the outstanding items.

How is my order delivered?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order or part of it anytime prior to us shipping it, however most orders are dispatched within 12 hours of being received by us. To cancel your order you must telephone or fax us and confirm the cancellation with an operator. Items on back order can be canceled at any time prior to their dispatch.

Can I return items?
Yes. If you are unsatisfied because an item was damaged in transit, you should notify us and notify the delivery company that delivered the item. If we shipped an incorrect item, contact us and we will arrange a replacement We will need to know some information printed or stamped on the incorrect products, eg, their Batch # or Expiry Date.

DELIVERY


How is my order delivered?
Most orders are processed and shipped on the day they are received.  You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been shipped and your card debited.  You can also return to this web site and login to your account to check the status and track delivery of your order.  The following are our Delivery Targets and should be used only as a guide:

New Zealand: orders are sent by overnight Courier and should arrive next work day (for orders received before 2pm). Some Rural Deliveries may take longer. Your signature will be required on delivery
Outside New Zealand: orders are shipped by International Air Mail which generally takes 7 to 13 working days.
 
All Nicotine Gum orders over NZ$250 are shipped by Courier Track & Trace which have to be delivered to a physical address (no PO Boxes sorry) and your signature will be required on delivery.

I have not received my order yet?
There are many reasons why your order has not yet arrived including payment was declined or delays in shipping or at local Customs.

International customers: If you believe your order has been delayed or is overdue, you can  click here for our carriers  Track and Trace service and then enter your Tracking Number, or please contact us for assistance.  Remember, we can only contact you if we have your correct e-mail address.

NZ Customers: can click here if you wish to track the progress of your parcel and estimate its expected delivery time.
