Instructions:

Take off the tabs to expose the adhesive tabs. Then position your pad just above where you want to apply it. After you've put on your bra, slide or gently place the pad over your nipple, between your bra and breast. Then return your bra strap to its natural place. Ensure your pads are not sliding. If you feel like your nursing pad is sliding around in your bra, check it and remove or reposition the pad. This can prevent irritation. If you feel that your pads have leaks, it is best to change your pads as soon as you notice. Once it is wet, dispose of the old pad.
