Ingredients:

Each film coated tablet contains Diclofenac Potassium 12.5mg.

Instructions:

For adults and children ages 14 years old and above. Take two (2) tablets initially, swallowing it whole with a glass of water. This may be followed by 1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours, depending on the pain experienced. The maximum allowable dosage is 6 tablets within a 24 hour period.

Warnings and precautions:

Make sure to read the label prior to use. Use only as directed. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Store below 30 degrees. Do not take more than the allowable dose within 24 hours. Do not take if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients listed. Do not take if you are allergic to ibuprofen, aspirin, paracetamol, anti-inflammatory medicines, have impaired kidney or liver function or heart failure. Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Check the ingredients to determine if you are allergic to any of the contents. Do not use beyond expiry date. Discontinue use if rashes, itchiness or irritation is experienced.
